Football is a team game. All of the players must perform well for the team to win the game. So did the members of Argentina's national squad. That’s why they won the trophy. However, some team members did much better than others.
Lionel Messi received the Golden Ball for being the tournament’s best player. Argentina's Emiliano Martinez won the Golden Glove award for being the best goalkeeper in the competition. Enzo Fernandez of Argentina also won the award for the best young player.
