The company claims that each serve of 20 grams of Bournvita has 7.5 grams of added sugar, which is around one and a half teaspoons.</p><p>Now it’s up to individuals to decide whom they will trust. We suggest that you, together with your parents, read the list of ingredients and the label on the pack before consuming any health drink on a daily basis. You can also talk to your doctor about this.</p><h5>What happens when kids consume too much sugar?</h5><p>If children eat too much sugar, it can be harmful to their health. It can cause tooth decay, cavities, and other dental diseases.</p><p>Eating excessive sugar can cause weight gain and obesity in youngsters. This increases the chance of developing health issues later in life, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease. So, it is important to take care of your diet.
