The law also aims to protect the privacy of transgender and non-binary students.</p><p>The law has also generated controversy. Some examples are he/ him/ his, she/ her/ hers, they/ them/ theirs, etc. Sometimes, a person’s pronouns may not match their biological sex.</p><p>So, it's respectful to ask for a person’s preferred pronouns. Using the wrong ones can make one feel disrespected.</p><h5>Elon Musk’s decision affects people!</h5><p>Someone as famous as Elon Musk relocating his office headquarters based on gender identity rules can affect how people view this community.</p><p>If someone famous supports the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.newsahoot.com/articles/what-does-lgbtq-stand-for">LGBTQ community</a>, they will be more accepted by people worldwide. But, if a famous person shows indifference or opposes gender identity rules, it increases stereotypes and hatred against the community.</p><p>Such influential figures can shape the policies and views of the population.
