Youngsters are hooked to the Internet!
In today’s world, kids enjoy using the Internet on phones and computers. You can watch fun videos, learn new things, and chat with friends.
But, too much use of the Internet is bad. A study published in the PLOS Mental Health journal has found that too much Internet use harms children’s brains.
How is it affecting the brain?!
Youngsters who spend lots of time on the Internet can have changes in their brains that could lead to more bad habits.
Spending too much time on the Internet can make it harder for kids to think and remember things because parts of their brain that help with these tasks may not work very well.
The research also showed that spending too much time on the Internet can spoil kids’ mental health, thinking skills, etc.
Control Internet usage.

Today, we can use the Internet anywhere to connect with people and find information quickly. But too much Internet use isn't good for you, as the study found.
You might also waste time that could be better spent studying, playing, or doing different hobbies. It can also affect your sleep, making you unhealthy.
Thus, too much Internet can hurt your health, studies, and relationships with others. So, try to only use the Internet for some time (with your parents’ permission). Instead, spend time studying, playing with friends, talking to your parents, or doing things you love.
