This trend poses serious health risks, like obesity and cardiovascular diseases.The findings highlight the urgent need for India to increase awareness and implement programs promoting physical exercise.The top ten countries on this list are: 1. Indonesia 2. Saudi Arabia 3. Malaysia 4. Philippines 5. South Africa 6. Egypt 7. Brazil 8. India 9. Mexico 10.
