He made history by winning India's first Olympic gold medal in the track and field category at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.</p><p>Chopra became famous when he won the U-20 World Championships in 2016. He threw the javelin super far, 86.48 meters, and set a new record. Nobody has broken that record yet. At the 2018 Commonwealth Games, he became the first Indian javelin thrower to win a gold medal.</p><p>He was also the first Indian javelin thrower to get a gold medal at the Asian Games, which he got in 2018. He even became the first Indian to be a Diamond League champion. He's been an awesome sportsman. We're really proud of him and hope he keeps on winning medals for India.</p>
