But CCTV footage also shows that sparks from a welding machine set fire to inflammable materials on site. This could be dangerous during emergencies like fires, making it hard for people to leave quickly.</p><p>Stored fuel in the facility also caused the fire to spread and caused extensive damage.</p><h5>Steps taken after the incident.</h5><p>The police arrested four people, including those who had established the facility. The state government formed a team to investigate the incident.</p><p>The Gujarat High Court criticised local authorities for letting the facility operate without proper documents.</p><p>This incident highlights that businesses should follow all the rules and be responsible for ensuring people’s safety.</p>
