Instead, they name and decorate their pet rocks, care for them, and talk to them.</p><h5>How to deal with loneliness?</h5><p>Dealing with loneliness might be difficult, but remember you are not alone. Reach out to your friends. Call or text them if they live far away.</p><p>Do activities you enjoy. You can also join a sports or reading club. Here you can make friends of your age group with similar interests.</p><p>Talk to your parents and elders about what you are feeling. Sharing your emotions can help you.</p>
