Mukesh Ambani, the wealthiest man in Asia, leads the company. They also own a cricket team called the Mumbai Indians (how cool is that!).
People worldwide know the Ambani family for being wealthy, making smart business choices, helping the needy, and throwing big parties.
Recently, they threw a grand celebration for their youngest son, Anant's wedding.

When the Ambanis throw a party, everyone talks about it for a long time! The decorations are beautiful, the entertainment is exciting, and the food is delicious.
Recently, Anant Ambani married his girlfriend, Radhika Merchant. The wedding cost $600 Million (around Rs 5000 crores!).
Their celebrations were huge! Famous people worldwide attended it, like Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan, Meta's boss, Mark Zuckerberg, and even India’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
The Ambanis made sure everything was perfect and spent a lot of money. Guests danced, ate yummy food, and celebrated with Anant and Radhika.
Justin Bieber was paid a lot of money to sing at the wedding—83 crores! There was a whole floor full of food, with over 2,500 dishes!
The place where the party was held looked like a shiny and beautiful movie set. And guess what? The celebrations are still going on in London with close family and friends!

Lots of people on social media commented that spending so much on such celebrations wasn't right when many people in India struggled to eat food three times a day.
Did you know an average Indian wedding can produce about 2,000 kilograms of garbage? Imagine the amount of waste generated from a big wedding like the Ambani wedding. If it's not thrown away properly, it can harm our planet.
Also, many guests came to Mumbai in their private jets. All those jets release a lot of pollution, which harms our environment.
