In 2019, the Peru government provided him with a government ID and retirement money.</p><p>Abad, with the help of the government of Peru, applied for the Guinness World Records. Guinness said that they have received a lot of applications from people claiming to be the oldest human.</p><p>A 111-year-old British man is currently recognised as the world’s oldest living man. The oldest living woman is 117 years old, and the oldest human to be verified was aged 122.</p>
