<h5>What is the metaverse?</h5>  <p>Metaverse means “beyond the universe”. It is a virtual world in which people come together to learn, talk, play, and work. Metaverse makes use of augmented reality and virtual reality together. It can be accessed through a special set of goggles and special gloves. It creates a feeling of being in another world.
</p> <h5>What do you do in the metaverse?</h5>  <p>In the metaverse, each person is an animated version of themself called an ‘avatar’. The avatar can resemble its user in real life. The avatar can meet other avatars in its home or in other virtual spaces like schools, theaters, malls, playgrounds, concerts, etc.  
</p> <h5>When will we see the metaverse?</h5>  <p>The metaverse is already available for everyone to join. But the goggles and gloves required to enter the metaverse are very expensive and difficult to handle. It is expected to get cheaper in ten years.
</p> <h5>How can students make use of the metaverse?</h5>  <p>In the metaverse, learning will be more interesting than in classrooms. Instead of reading from textbooks, we will be able to experience the lesson. For example, if children are learning about various animals, they will be able to touch and feel the animals through the metaverse. Such a thing is not possible in the real world, because some animals are dangerous!
