Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Refined flour (maida)
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 cheese slices
  • Mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1.5 cups of wheat flour pasta (for 1 person)
  • Oregano and chilli flakes
  • Vegetables: Onion, broccoli, mushrooms, garlic, capsicum, sweet corn, etc.

How To Make

  1. Take your pasta in a round pan and add 4 glasses of water. Add corn to it and cover it with a plate.
  2. Chop all the vegetables as you like (take the help of an elder).
  3. Boil the pasta until it is soft. Soak the water from the pasta and keep it aside.
  4. Take 3 tablespoons of butter in a pan and melt it. Add 2 tablespoons and add refined flour to it.
  5. Mix both of them and add 2 cups of milk slowly while stirring so that lumps are not formed.
  6. When they are mixed thoroughly, add 2 slices of cheese and some mozzarella cheese. Add some oregano and chilli flakes and mix them - Your sauce is now ready!!
  7. Take 1 tablespoon in some other pan and add all your chopped vegetables. Sauté them until they are cooked through.
  8. Add your boiled pasta and the vegetables in the sauce that you made. Mix them thoroughly and enjoy your pasta.
Creamy white sauce pasta - YUM!!
